Question of the week
The purpose of this section is to provide an outlet for questions about the resources available to help individuals live more independently. Each week a new question will be posted so feel free to e-mail information and referral with any and all inquiries.
Now that the holidays are over and the New Year is upon us, many people feel it is the perfect time to start up with physical activity or get back into it.
