DART is:

Disability Awareness Resource Training (DART) is a national disability awareness service delivery model that provides education and awareness that promotes the inclusion and participation of people with disabilities of all aspects of life.

Since 1994 Independent Living Resource Centre has delivered over 20 programs and projects under the direction and control of people with disabilities assuming responsibility for our own resources and supports.
